Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) is dissolved in modified human fallopian tube fluid mHTF (an isotonic HEPES buffer culture medium) to form a 7% (w/v) solution. The solution contains 5 mg/mL of human serum albumin.

The production process of sterility assurance level (SAL) is used for aseptic processing.
